The story of Regal & Co Management does not begin in 2025. It begins in 1920.
Regal & Co Management Limited was established following our acquisition of May & Co. Management Limited in August 2025. Following the acquisition, the company was rebranded as Regal & Co Management and now operates under the wider Regal Group banner.
Having been founded in 1920 with more than a century of London property management expertise – a heritage that continues to shape how we approach our work today.
That legacy is not simply a number. It represents generations of leaseholders, decades of managing London’s residential buildings through legislative change, market shifts, and evolving expectations — and a deep, institutional understanding of what good block management actually looks like in practice.

As part of the TPS Estates transition, Nigel Cross (formerly Director of TPS Estates) continues to support the business as a consultant, and Roger Sherrin, an experienced Service Charge Accountant, joined our team — further strengthening our financial reporting and compliance capabilities.
