    Major works and Section 20 consultation

    Any qualifying works exceeding £250 per leaseholder require a formal Section 20 consultation process under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. Failure to follow this process can limit your ability to recover costs from leaseholders. Regal & Co Management manages the entire Section 20 process on your behalf — from initial notice through tender, appointment, and completion.
